Privacy Policy (English Version)

JAN Media Intelligent Studio (the “Application”) is an internal video-production tool operated by JAN Media, Malaysia (https://janmedia.com.my). It is used only by the owner of the JAN Media YouTube channel to produce videos and publish them to that channel. It is not offered to the public.

When the channel owner authorizes the Application through Google sign-in (OAuth), the Application accesses:

• basic information about the authorized YouTube channel;
• videos uploaded by the Application and their metadata, such as title, description, tags, privacy status and publish time;
• caption tracks of those videos.

The Application does not collect personal information about YouTube viewers, and does not access the Google account password.

• to upload videos and caption tracks to the authorized channel;
• to set or schedule each video’s privacy status after manual approval;
• to read back each video’s status to confirm publication, prevent duplicate uploads and keep our records accurate.

Google authorization tokens are stored in encrypted form in our workflow automation platform. Video IDs, links, privacy status and upload times are stored in our project database. We keep this information while the channel is operated. If authorization is revoked, or upon request, we delete the stored data within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. It is processed only by service providers that host our workflow and database on our behalf, or disclosed where required by law.

The Application does not store, access or collect information on users’ devices or browsers, including through cookies or similar technologies.

You can revoke the Application’s access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

To request deletion of data we have stored, contact us at the email below.

We use access controls and encrypted credential storage to protect the information, and limit access to authorized personnel only.

We handle personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

JAN Media Intelligent Studio（以下简称“本应用程序”）是由马来西亚 JAN Media（https://janmedia.com.my）运营的内部视频制作工具。本应用程序仅供 JAN Media YouTube 频道所有者用于制作视频并发布至该频道，不向公众开放。

当频道所有者通过 Google 登录（OAuth）授权本应用程序时，本应用程序将访问：

• 获得授权的 YouTube 频道的基本信息；
• 由本应用程序上传的视频及其元数据，例如标题、说明、标签、隐私状态及发布时间；
• 这些视频的字幕轨道。

本应用程序不收集 YouTube 观众的个人信息，也不会访问 Google 账户密码。

• 上传视频和字幕轨道至获得授权的频道；
• 在人工审核后设置或安排各视频的隐私状态；
• 读取各视频的状态以确认发布、防止重复上传并确保我们的记录准确无误。

Google 授权令牌以加密形式存储在我们的工作流自动化平台中。视频 ID、链接、隐私状态和上传时间存储在我们的项目数据库中。只要频道持续运营，我们就会保留这些信息。如果撤销授权或应要求，我们将在 30 天内删除已存储的数据。

我们不会出于广告或任何其他目的向第三方出售、出租或共享这些信息。该信息仅由代表我们托管工作流和数据库的服务提供商进行处理，或在法律要求时进行披露。

本应用程序不会在用户的设备或浏览器上存储、访问或收集信息，包括通过 Cookie 或类似技术。

如需请求删除我们已存储的数据，请通过以下电子邮件与我们联系。
